Matzo ball soup!


I grew my own herbs over the summer and spiked these matzo balls with dill and chives and parsley.  Couldn't really taste a difference beyond a pleasant general freshness, but they sure did look nice!  I used the basic manischewitz mix plus carrots and celery in the broth.
